    Thomas D. LoBue, MD

Medical Director and Founder of the LoBue Laser & Eye Medical Centers Inc. has been providing comprehensive ophthalmic care in the Inland Empire since 1989. Dr. LoBue received his undergraduate degree at University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Biology. He attended Medical School at University of Health Science/Chicago Medical School in Chicago, IL. He completed both his Internship and Residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. During his final year of training he was chosen as Chief Resident. Dr. LoBue acquired additional training at Estelle Doheny Eye Institute at the University of Southern California (USC). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, International Society of Refractive Surgery, and a former faculty member of Rush University and Medical College.

 Jean-Paul J. Abboud, MD, PhD

Dr. Abboud received his B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers presenting his thesis, “A Comprehensive in silico Model of Retinal Neurogenesis”.  He attended Robert Wood Johnson Medical School as part of the Rutgers University and Princeton University Physician-Scientist Program and completed his internship in General Surgery there. Dr. Abboud acquired additional experience in ophthalmology during his residency at University of San Diego’s Shiley Eye Institute in La Jolla.  During his time there, he received the Outstanding Teacher Award as voted by his peers. From there, he was selected to attend West Virginia University’s prestigious Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship. Dr. Abboud is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

 Ryan G. Miller, OD

Dr. Miller received his B.S. Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry at  Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Dr. Miller has specialized training in ocular disease, primary care optometry and low vision  rehabilitation. Dr. Miller is a member of the California Optometric Association.

 Ryan R. Evans, OD

Dr. Evans is a graduate of Concordia University, Irvine, CA with a BA in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Dr. Evans is a member of the California Optometric Association and is a Licensed Optometrist with TPA certification (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents), Lacrimal Irrigation/Dilation, and Glaucoma Treatment certifications.
