Thomas D. LoBue, MD

Medical Director and Founder of the LoBue Laser & Eye Medical Centers Inc. has been providing comprehensive ophthalmic care in the Inland Empire since 1987. Dr. LoBue received his undergraduate degree at University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Biology. He attended Medical School at University of Health Science/Chicago Medical School in Chicago, IL. He completed both his Internship and Residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. During his final year of training he was chosen as Chief Resident. Dr. LoBue acquired additional training at Estelle Doheny Eye Institute at the University of Southern California (USC). He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, International Society of Refractive Surgery, and a former faculty member of Rush University and Medical College.

Ryan G. Miller, OD

Dr. Miller received his B.S. Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Dr. Miller has specialized training in ocular disease, primary care optometry and low vision rehabilitation. Dr. Miller is a member of the California Optometric Association.

Jeremiah M. Tampoya, OD

Dr. Tampoya received his B.S. Degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with a Minor in Psychology and Graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, CA. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry, Fullerton, CA graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Tampoya completed a post graduate residency at the Sepulveda Veterans Affairs Medical Center, with emphasis on primary care/geriatric optometry. Dr. Tampoya is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the California Optometric Association.

Julie H. Groom, OD

Dr. Groom majored in cell biology at the University of California, San Diego.  She was accepted on early admissions to the Southern California College of Optometry, where she received her B.S. in Visual Science and Doctorate in Optometry.  Dr. Groom is a licensed optometrist with therapeutic pharmaceutical agents privileges, including glaucoma treatment certification.  Dr. Groom provides eye care for patients of all ages and she enjoys seeing patients for specialty contact lens fits.

Ryan R. Evans, OD

Dr. Evans is a graduate of Concordia University, Irvine, CA with a BA in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry at Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Dr. Evans is a member of the California Optometric Association and as a Licensed Optometrist with TPA certification (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents), Lacrimal Irrigation/Dilation, and Glaucoma Treatment certifications.
