Vision and hearing are our two most important senses. Unfortunately, they both tend to fail us as we age. Because hearing and vision play such a critical role in the quality of life, LoBue Laser and Eye Medical Centers decided to bring into our offices a Hearing Services Center provider EHS, to provide this additional service to our patients that know and trust us.

Your sense of hearing is worth protecting. Causes of hearing loss vary from simple wax build-up to more serious tumors along the auditory nerve. More common causes include the aging process, prolonged exposure to high noise, certain medications, recurrent ear infections, and family history. Ringing of the ears is generally a symptom of hearing loss. Sometimes underlying medical conditions contribute to hearing loss and successful rehabilitation is frequently dependent on early detection and treatment. Our Hearing Services Center is equipped to provide comprehensive diagnostic audiometric evaluations using state-of-the-art equipment. Evaluations quickly provide information concerning the nature and degree of the hearing problems and determine the best course of treatment.
